Important Contribution Information

In compliance with Cherokee Nation Election Law:

  • Only individual natural persons may contribute to any Cherokee Nation campaign or candidate.

  • Contributions cannot be accepted from corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, or any legal entity other than an individual natural person.

  • No individual may contribute more than $5,000.00 (cash or in-kind) to any one candidate during an election period.
